Melina for some reason has a burning desire to know what is in her friends' fridges. She tagged us to photograph our fridges and blog about them. So here's mine.
A look at my freezer shows me for the food nut I am. The top shelf contains enough jars of pureed watercress to last my family for a month. We each eat half a bunch of watercress in our morning smoothies. That would be a smoothie with spinach, blueberries, banana, cashew nuts, and flax seeds. That's why you see all the spinach and blueberries in the freezer. That yellow Ikea cup is full of ice. I use it to give my knee ice massages.
My refrigerator is looking particularly sad and bare right now. Normally we have to pack it with precision to enable us to fit everything into it.
A quick glance at the door shows that I am the condiment queen.
I love those rectangular blue boxes in my fridge. They are food savers I bought from Tupperware. Normally I think that Tupperware is overpriced and a rip off, but these things are completely different beasties. I bought my first set from a fellow homeschooler at half price when she gave up being a Tupperware consultant. I was amazed at how it prolongs the life of all my produce. I've kept strawberries fresh in one of those containers for over a week.

Your fridge is a vision! The angels are singing in my head! Thank you so much for doing this- I don't know what got into me this morning, but this has been a way fun experience.
Hi Chez!
That was fun to do - and it even encouraged me to finally defrost my freezer, LOL!
I posted some pics of my fridge on my blog too, now.
